After writing about Due Process, I realized there were more "holes" in my coverage to plug. I realized that I hadn't really researched the Procedural Safeguards. If you, like me, hand them out like popcorn at IEP meetings, you may have never actually read one. I did. And I checked out Wrightslaw.
I now have an article that should give you quick look at the contents. Timelines and specifics will change from state to state. Still, some familiarity with it's contents should help, especially if you ever have to participate in due process. I know . . . Heaven help us all!!
