Sue has 18 years experience in special education. She is a Developmental Support Counselor and has worked in public education since 1991. Sue's worked in special education classes and in the regular inclusion classroom.
In her current role at the school board, Sue has been involved with many IEP teams. She has been an active participant in several special education pilot projects. Sue's role as a Developmental Support provider involves designing and implementing programs that will allow students to achieve success in integrated classrooms settings. Currently her focus is assistive technology.
Sue has a diploma in Developmental Services Worker. She also has Certification in Crisis Intervention and Prevention, Assistive Technology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Modification.
