Obama and McCain Split on Education

Do you know where Obama and McCain stand on issues surrounding education? Most importantly, the both take a very different stand on their belief about how much funding is needed in the education system. McCain is content with the current amount of discretionary funding available to education, Obama on the other hand wants another 18 billion above what they now have in new money and wants a greater emphasis on early education.
