Henry Winkler ' The Fonz' is a keynote opener and one you won't want to miss. He's inspirational, writes books about children with learning disabilities and is himself intimate with what it's like to have a disability. This conference is sure to be a worthwhile event for special educations, para professionals, parents and teachers. Be sure to check it out.

I would like to know why CEC has not taken any action or made any statements concerning the action of Congress banning incadescent lighting when most of believe the evidence and the studies that neon adversely affects so many of our students.
