Crossover Children

Sunday May 21, 2006
An interesting term for an interesting disability. Crossover Children are gifted yet also learning disabled. One wonders, how can that be? However, think of the multiple intelligences, can you be gifted in all 8 intelligences? Typically not. Therefore most crossover children will have a disability in say....language yet be gifted in math and logic. These children also require special attention and programming. If you've wondered why your child/student seems smart yet fails to achieve or seems to be lacking in motivation, this resource about Crossover Children helps you understand why.
