Sunday December 18, 2005
A new site 'LibriVox' offers many free audio books. Each chapter features a new reader - committed to the project. LibriVox's objective is to make all books in the public domain available, for free, in audio format on the internet. They are a totally volunteer, open source, free content, public domain project.

Boy, am I happy I found this site. I just down loaded Emma and can’t wait to listen to it at work tomorrow! Thanks so much for all the work that went into it!

Wow. What a find. Thanks for this excellent site…with human readers too!

Will be listening to the adventures of Sherlock Holmes when I go to bed tonight…also when I have my daily 2 mile walk…what company!

Many, many thanks.
